Order Minimum

There is $600 product purchase minimum to receive free standard delivery services.  OSC offers expedited delivery services with prices for this option available online.  For Federal Government customers, OSC offers a 50% reduction in our order minimum for free standard shipping.

Will-Call

For will-call, OSC has a 10,000 square foot service center located at 8221 Arjons Drive Suite B2, San Diego, California.  Place your order online today and call us at (877) 256-2106 for will-call pickup. 

Return Policy

OSC offers a 30 day unconditional return policy for items in their original packaging.  Please call our customer service center to receive a return goods authorization ("RGA") and to schedule merchandise pickup. 

Warrantees

OSC honors all manufacturer warrantees.  Please contact our customer service center for immediate assistance with warranty replacement.  For hand tools there is a lifetime warranty.
